And how long should I wait before going back to my normal eating habits, smoking habits, hygene habits ect. and please dont tell me I should stop smoking I think all the smokers in the world have heard it enough.

It took me about 1 week for it to stop hurting.. 2 weeks it was completly healed.. If you smoke at least wait until a week.. or as long as you can hold out.. Dont forget .. that you cant drink out of a straw and no carbonated drinks.. it disrupts the scab..

Honestly, you should not smoke for at least a week becasue you can get something called drysocket which is extremely painful--I only say this becasue my sister got it and it really was painful. I have a few teeth remover shortly after she did (for braces), and her drysocket scared me so much I didn't smoke for like 2 weeks.

You should be able to drink after several hours, and eat gently the next day, and back to normal eating a few days later.

Don't eat any Doritos for awhile. That would hurt.
