my main focus is to get toned legs and a toned midsection? On top of the workout program that i purchase i will be running for about 1hr. i don't need to loose weight but i'd like to be defined...i am 5'3 108lbs.

Turbo Jam workouts are great for your "core" as they call it. It's a very complete workout and I think you'll enjoy it!

I tried Hip Hop Abs, and Turbo Jam, I'd say Turbo Jam, but they both work great together.

Slim-in-6 also from Beach Body is amazing for legs, lots of squats, lunges, plies and you get a bonus ab dvd.

Turbo jam looks good for the mid section, havent tried it myself though but P90 and P90X isn't for you if you want to focus more on your legs.

pilates and yoga are the way to go! you want to tone and strengthen your body for older age. and these two will do it! i love my pilates dvd, havent put it on in two weeks though lol HOWEVER it's neat and afterwards i'm very relaxed. also my kids love it too, they like to join in (and show off! because i can't do some positions! lol)
