Talk to them, if you don't know what interested them talk to people who know them and then do a little research and get some information on the things that intereste them, and then talk to them and don't feel stupid about asking them questions about there hobbies or interests most people like to explain there hobbies to other people especially cute people.

You could try the logical solution and loosen up but if that's a bit hard to do at the moment, You'll just have to hope he/she likes your shy nature cuz there's a 70% percent chance that she/he'll notice the someone whose more outspoken that the person huddled in the corner,k?

Ok...1st go to a 5 star restaurant after you have not bathed in 5 days nor changed your underwear oh and ate a whole bowl of beans and oh and did not brush your teeth for a week ...ok you still here with me...
then walk in...with dirty unmatching bum looking torn clothes....
with stinky breath and body odor....oh and fart and fart really really loud and stinky...u know the rotten egg farts....
then ask for a table and grab the hostesses butt and fart and then blow nasty breath in her face!!
THIS WILL GET HER ATTENTION AND OTHERS ATTENTION IN SECONDS!!!

I'm shy too and if you want to get someone to notice you then just...join sports or something but I wouldn't do that...I would just be myself and since I'm loud around my friends, then they'll notice you.
