photo manipulation?

there is a program that allow you to take a photo carefully put the face of you photo on the avatar models head and then make it talk to what was typed in. in other words make the photo speak smile and frown etc. the program is not cartoon like it is almost looks like it may be clay.

The program would have to take the face of a person plot movement points like converting the facial lines into vectors and then plug those vectors into a dialogue program that could manipulate the items as if they were talking. This can be done. Its something that will NOT be cheap. Look into the area of Bryce 3-D There are programmers and programs that are solely into that.
