I can't speak for women because I have a Y-chromosome. For men there is no such thing as "your one true love." All male mammals (including men) are born to love whomever they are currently having sex with. It's as simple as that. If you want a particular man, all you have to do is lure him into your bed and keep him there. Nature has equipped men to accommodate every willing women.
This biological truth means, of course, that women must be very careful whom they sleep with. The burden of choosing a proper spouse falls to the female of every species. It is really your decision to make. You can have almost any man you want. The trick is to make a wise choice. Where women go wrong is allowing themselves to have a "fling" and ending up sexually bonded to an unsuitable man. My advice is never to sleep with a man unless you're willing to marry him.

Unfortunately that is not always true. I wish I could tell you different. It depends on how you both TRULY felt about each other. He may have been your 1 true love, but you may not have been his. It is sad but sometimes true. Only time will tell. Just remember everything happens for a reason.

Life guarantees nothing will last forever. We assume that we have found true luv until our number one makes us number two. I have recently expereinced this and do not know how to adjust. I too am tired of being number two.

no! married couples have problems in their marriages and even sexual problems. true love comes from time. it's not instant. both married partners will go through changes over the years. after all those years then and only then will you both realize that you really do have true love. moonraven
