Well ....discrimination is action based on prejudice resulting in unfair treatment of people. To discriminate socially is to make a distinction between people on the basis of class or category without regard to individual merit. Some forms of social discrimination include racial, religious, sexual, weight, disability, ethnic, height-related, employment discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination and age-related discrimination.
So before taking any action against an alleged discrimination, one needs to decide impartially if the same is a true form of discrimination and not some form of training to socially correct a student to enable him to perform or behave as best as possible in his career.
It is also needed to decide about the form of discrimination i.e. if the same is racial, religious, sexual, ethnic or whatever else. And on the basis of such findings a proper action can be taken against it before an appropriate authority.

If he is being descriminated by the teachers/staff call the police and report "Prejudice Acts" and if it is the other students then alert the teachers and inform them of their student's actions and if you do not feel obliged to either of these options thne just take you're kid to a diffrent school

those weren't liberal progressives that did that. They have been idiots who took it out. I examine that article, and as a liberal democrat, i become appalled. Our u . s . a . is only dumbing down our childrens to make the guidance gadget seem helpful. i do no longer care what party or philosophy you persist with, this ought to tick you off.

i guess if your child could not tolerate this discrimination , you have to speak and complain to the ministry of education and ask the inspector ( from the ministry side ) to collect evidence stating this discrimination
