I had mine done and im not gay, all of the women I have been with (okay its not alot of women but a couple) have really liked it. And yes it hurt like hell.

to each is own....to me i could take them or leave them, but if a guy had a nasty gross body it would make him look even nasty and grosser, but if a guy had a hot hairless chest and now nip rings, then i think that is hot and sexy but if he had nip rings it would be so so....to answer your question is i rarther him not have nip rings.
