This guy...lets call him Bob....well Bob likes me and has asked me out. He has asked me out before and I said no. Now he is threatening to hurt himself if I don't go out with him. I am scared. I really don't want to go out with him :(
Help please.

tell your friends family and school couselor. he's got a serious problem. don't make yourself suffer because of the idiot like him

Stay away from him. He could be dangerous. If you work with him inform your employer.
Also as a precaution file a police report. You can do an informational only report. What this does is start a paper trail with the police just in case you need to get a restraining order. It also puts his name in the police records in case this guy jumps off the deep end.
By all means protect yourself. Get yourself a small can of pepper spray or something you feel comfortable with. Get some self defense training, some police departments offer it for free. Never let yourself be alone with him.

Some people threaten to hurt themselves because they dont know how to handle their emotions. They think that they will get your utmost attention by threatening. However, it usually backfires. My ex threatened to kill himself if I didnt go back out with him and I ended up playing his message for the police. They spoke with him and said if they got another call like that from me or anyone else, they would have him committed to a psych place or hospital. You might want to try explaining to him (in a public place) that you are not interested in him in that way but you would like to be his friend or not... be honest and tell him that if he is going to threaten to do stupid things like that, then you are going to have to contact someone because you dont want that on your shoulders.

Tell him how you feel. Let him know that you really don't want him to hurt himself over you, but you just don't have feelings for him like that. Tell him that you are sorry if it hurts him, but it would be a cheat to him if you went out with him when you don't really like him.

stay completely away from him. Do not talk to him, do not go near him. Tell someone that can help, a school official (if your in school) or police. If they do nothing take it up to a higher athority.
This type of situation happens alot and is dangerous. FOR YOU!. This guy is exhibiting classic stalker symptoms. You do not go out with this guy. This guy is a head case that needs help now

dont listen to him. my ex did that to me when i broke up with him and i slapped the **** out of him the next day cause there he was a school laughing and smiling like nothin. he is just doin it to force you to get with him. just let him be

Call his bluff. Tell him "Do what you got to do but I don't want to go out with you. The sooner you accept that, the better."
