Sorry, Mac OS only runs on Mac hardware. Some people have experimented with trying to install it on non-Macs, but Apple has such tight control of hardware that non-Apple hardware doesn't have drivers. But the bottom line is that if you want the Mac OS, you need to buy a Mac.

Some Technicians have the MAC OS X running on a Intel PC with About a 95% success rate.
Not advertised for obvious reasons.
Look At Lockergnome, Chris Pirillos site, for details
And it is not Illegal to run a MAC OS on a PC, so long as you have a License.

Mac OS can run on any apple/MAC system, it will not run on a normal PC.
However, Windows can now be run on the intel based Mac systems with the use of "boot camp"

For all intents and purposes, the Mac operating systems do not run on any hardware other than those produced by Apple.
Unless you're looking to play around, don't bother wasting time on this endeavor.
