I have to take a Medical Examination in Swindon to be able to drive Class 2 Lorries, but who, and where is the cheapest? Please help....Thanks

Only a Medical test certificate is required with the license applic. form for HGV Class 2 (+ 1). I just need to know who and where, in Swindon is the cheapest !

Shouldn't a medical examination be carried out by your own GP, after all he/she is the only one holding your medical records and can give all the correct, relevent info. Dont forget, this is not NHS work it is classed as private work, hence the fee.

The ordinary GP does this, it doesn't require a specialist examiner. He/she fills in a D4, you can download it yourself from the DVLA website if you wish.
It's classed as "private" work, so there'll be a fee. Ring 'em & ask them.
