Personally I like reds better than yellows in oil paint for artist grade. Yellows are transparent for most of their hues. Naples yellow is a very cool yellow and more opaque but can turn to mud easily if mixed with the wrong colour(s). Alizarin crimson is a GREAT red to paint with, even though it can easily transform to transparent properties. It also has the ability to mix well with other colours to change the hue when tinting or shading. Looks GREAT on canvases…

As for Walls etc… Yellows in the Acrylic or latex paints have all the same painting properties. Yellow means happy, sunshine, etc… While reds mean love, sensuality, angry or hot. If you paint a room I always like yellows in pale shades…

Why not you attempt both versions?

Also try getting a gradient of light yellow to solid yellow and vice verse light red to solid red.
Have you ever thought of exercuting a mixture of both paints?
Again, practise to incorporate all possible ideas you have from imagination, through observation, etc.

You can ask yourself of where, how you come from?I.e. your race, culture, interest.....
Now, you should have the answer & confidence to do it?
Just pick up the paint brush and start painting the colour/ colours of your mood, mind, spirit, emotion, belief?

Yes, the best colour/colours that represent you.....

The best colour/ colours that represent the "Unquiely" you.

The 520's are cool phones. The 820 Luminas are fantastic, too with neon, glowy style of shades. i respect the pink and the yellow. The turquoise is fantastic, besides. (no longer loopy about the different blue colour. That blue is the color of the Wal-Mart signal). If it were me, (i'm exceedingly boring), i'd bypass for the black. (I always basically pick black for electronics like laptops and phones.. that's more beneficial accessible). The white is too not straightforward to save clean. Are you a summery, surfer-type of individual who wears summer season-time clothing..? Do you run round with an excellent and robust-natured vibe..? Are you want a touch Tweetie fowl of someone..? Do human beings smile at the same time as they see you skipping alongside..? The yellow is a magnificent yellow. that's clean and vivid and that's not wishy-washy searching. in case you position on a lot of vegetables, olives, browns, khakis, oranges, limes, kiwis, truly vivid red, melon..or any neon-summer season style of clothing ten get the yellow. Or are you more beneficial of a sultry, mysterious and fantastically spiced-style of individual..? Are you seen tender and eye-catching by ability of human beings..? Do you saunter into the room vs. bounding in..? Are you more beneficial of a team sport individual vs. a surf-chick/dude individual..? in case you position on more beneficial universal shades (like sturdy medium blue, royal blue, red, black, darkish gray, military blue, eggplant, darkish denim and obviously.. a lot of pink) then get the pink. you'll truly ought to inspect all the fantastic cellular skins which are available because you may replace your telephone to some thing you want with those. i love the wrap-round skins that look like sturdy timber. those are exceedingly cool. yet you should pick in accordance to what type of clothing and upload-ons you generally positioned on. Like.. what colour is your backpack..? What about your jacket..?

well i think they both have something to give, depending on the situation
if i were painting a wall, i would go with a deep red because it's a warm color and makes you feel more comforted
If i were choosing clothes, i think yellow would be okay, not that i wear it, yellow complements my skin and yellow, being so bright, is also a color of confidence, as is red
i think that's all i can think of so far

All colours of the spectrum are equal and daily work their magic for us. Red and yellow come from the bright end of the 7 primary colours of the rainbow and without either of them our Universe would be a duller place.

I wouldn't say one colour is better than another unless it was appropriate for a specific event or occasion or purpose.

Yellow is a sunshine colour good for sunny room.

Red is a hot colour, you could wear it to feel more energetic, but it can also make an angry person more hot tempered.

paint? well, when i was younger i had primrose yellow daedo rail, door etc with light wall paper because i had a small room.. and i was a child. now, at the ripe old age of nearly 19 i have deep bright red... in a huge room... so it depends on room size if this is that it's about. oh! and how big your window is. and if you have clutter.

big window + no clutter + 1 lamp or more = red - cosy but vivacious (sp?)

room with clutter - mucky handed children = yellow- its bright and awakey

Red, it is more fun to paint, and less annoying when it comes to keeping your brushes clean. If you are a skilled painter you can create subtlety and mellowness even using bright red. See Mondrian.

All colors. No color is better than another.

"Variety is the Spice of Life!"

If red was your favorite color, and you lived a completely red world, I don't think you could fully appreciate it without contrasting colors of different hues. Yellow makes red more red by comparison and vice versa with all color.
