what do guys like to find in a girl their looks or their personality.

It is a mix of both, but i personally think personality is more important.
In terms of personality girls i like are confident (but not over-bareing), have a good sense of humour, and can importantly laugh at themselves. Its is also cool when a girl can engage in banter back and forth with you.
I like girls that are smart and interesting, not necessary super book smart, but know what is going on in the world and have there opinions, and express these opinions.
Now i just need to know what girls want from a guy, and i'll be off. lol

Good question, and a universal question women have been seeking out for a very long time.
The answer is very simple....If a guy is looking for a serious relationship, they are looking for a little bit of both. They want a woman who is beautiful to them, and yes, looks play a big role in attraction. Guys also do look for personality too. If they are normal, they are looking for a woman who can be funny, smart and sexy all at the same time. I also believe that men look for a certain level of independence in their woman. They do not want this clingy girl, hanging all over them, texting or calling 100+ times a day if he does not get back to them right away. They like a woman with their own interests and their own friends.
Initially, its based on looks for everyone. But guys turn beautiful girls down all the time, especially if they are the types who cannot hold their own.

Well, obviously that depends on the guy. Certain guys look for certain things in girls...I think you should take a look at the guys you are interested in before making any assumptions.

I look for three things: Love, Loyalty and Trust. All personal.

Both, being beautiful is fun, but after a while the guy gets tired. So please be yourself, when you find the right guy for you he will love the outside and the inside just as much.
