It depends on if I felt the same way for her. If I did, it sounds like a relationship might be in the future. If I didn't like her, then I would say I don't mix business with pleasure, but thank her for the attention.

first off you don't "know" chemistry exists between the 2 of you. i realize you feel it on your end and i don't doubt she digs you, but steer clear of this one. if she says she loves you after a 'brief' meeting, she's trouble.
yes, she will have sex with you. enjoy the fantasy, but do not go there. she will make you miserable beyond your wildest fantasies. cut it clean. do not answer her calls. it is over.
