Could be lots of things. Most likely at that age, she is eating poop. That is why it SMELLS like poop. It's a totally normal dog thing.
Could be worms. Did you keep up on her wormer since she was purchased or bred? Because believe me, pups get worms.
Keep her out of the scraps. Really totally monitor all food she eats, every bite.
The shaking could be she is nervous, lol. Honestly. Or cold. But if you see any trouble breathing, take her to the vet. If you don't see POOP coming out the other end, check her into the vets. She may have eaten something and have a blockage. Very expensive.

First, puppies puke, that's the way it is, but if she can't seem to keep her food down, time to see the vet. Also, she may be eating her own waste, which is causing the smell. A lot of little dogs shake, but again, given all the symptoms, a quick trip to the vet should sort it all out.

I would definitely make sure that your dog doesn't get into food that has been dropped. Keep an eye on what she eats, and if at all possible, find out what brand of food she ate before you got her. It may be as simple as switching her to a different brand, but you will definitely want to contact a veterinarian if this keeps happening.

this does have the symptoms of the parvo virus. this nasty little bug causes the animal's tummy to reject food. they will either throw it up or they will have a slimey diareaha. this can be treated if caught early, however in many cases it is fatal. my little angel did make it after a week in the icu at the vet, receiving fluids three times a day and living on power aid and tuna fish once at home.
Please see your vet ASAP....best wishes!

Give her a little bit of plain rice, you can out a little chicken broth in it but only give her like 1 table spoon and if she holds it down then in about an hour or so you can give the same amount agian. This will help sttle her tummy and help to plug her up and clean her out. Good luck and you might want to look in places where she hides to see if she got into anything that could have caused this.

3 times in how long? I'd take her into the vet. Have her checked for parasites. It's not normal to have vomit look and smell like diareaha. And shaking might be because she's cold, nervous, or worse, sick. and you're her daddy, take her in and get her checked. she can't tell you if she's sick or hurting.

Sounds like she is eat her own feces. Keep a watch on her about this. As one of the other says it is a normal dog behavior but is still not healthy for them.
I found that if you add a teaspoon of tomato sauce to their food it will stop them from eating their feces. I learned about it from a dog show friend who had two dogs that did it. An old horse doctor, literally, told her about it.
