Here's a height and weight chart. Keep in mind it's not how much you weigh but how you look. people can weigh more than you but still look good because they work out. remember that muscle weighs more than fat.

If you go according to the Body Mass Index you would have to weigh over 155lb at 5 ft 6" to be considered overweight.

But it is a little inaccurate because you could have a bigger bone structure or more muscular and weigh 165lb but look like you weigh 150lb.

Fat is in the eye of the beholder.

i say it is different with every person, because everyone is proportioned differently. i mean if i told you what i weigh and my height, it sounds fat, but honestly i am thin in the middle with perky round d cups, and a round ***, but it's not that big. everything else is just kind of thin. so i am 5'1" weigh 135, who cares ya know? sometimes i wear a size 9/10 pants, and sometimes i wear a 7/8. it's all the same. it really does depend on your measurements not your weight if you ask me.

It has more to do than with the hight. Muscle is heavier than fat. It doesn't always have to do with weight. If you're talking about you, then look in the mirror, and ask yourself honestly if you feel fat. If you feel healthy, get a lot accomplished, etc., you're most likely not fat. And if it's somebody else, what do YOU think?

I would say anything over 160 would be fat. 140-160 is chunky 110-140 perfect. Under 110 Skeletal.

i think 120 would be to tiny!! especially if you are 5'6" don't even listen to what guys say.. because i read some of there answers and they said 110!!! you would be bones !! i think 140 - 150 in my opinion is the best weight because you wont be to skinny and you wont be chuncky!!
