second question, most girls want someone funny, who can carry out a conversation, isn't too shy, but not too forward, and someone who treats her with respect.

I want a guy who is very passionate with me; I like it if a guy comes on strong! (This only works if she is attracted to you, obviously!) But also be very sweet with her, even within a few moments of being passionate, that is great. The combination of passionate and sweet is what we dream of, believe me!! ;)
I like it if a guy gives me ALOT of attention.

talk to her, be yourself, but dont be too out there. know her type...if she likes a rocker, and your not one, dont change to suit her. be yourself, if she cant like you for who you are, dont worry about her.
