So sorry for your loss. I know its hard losing a beloved pet/friend.
Bury him in your backyard. When my animals pass away we bury them in our backyard woods area and we have alittle pet cemetary going on.

Well, I know that people must be buried in graveyards, but that doesn't seem to be true with animals. I would suggest outside, under the windowsill he loved to sit on. Or under a favorite tree. Or something like that. But this also depends on if you're renting, how much of a yard you have, and where you live. I'm afraid that if something prevents you from using the ideas I came up with, I can't help you without more details.
: )
Sorry about your cat dying. I cried for a couple of hours when my sister's last dog died, and when our dogs had to be put down.

I'm sorry for your loss. Does anyone in your family live in the country? If so maybe they'll let you bury him there. My cousin has a pet cemetary on her land and the whole family uses it. It's nice because we can have a small service for them and visit when we want. If you don't know anyone with a piece of land, look into pet cremation. It can be pricey (about $250) but they're very sensitive to your needs and offer personalized pet size urns.

I am so sorry to hear about your kitty!
You could bury him in a corner of your yard with a good solid coating of lime on him, and plant flowers or a tree on his grave. That's what we did with a couple of ours.
Or you could check your local phone book and see if there is a pet cemetary in your area.
If all else fails, talk with your vet about having him cremated and return the ashes to you. Our vet was very helpful when we didn't have anywhere to bury our cats.
Feel better.

-----I am truly sorry to hear that your cat passed away. They become a member of the family. I would bury my cat in my yard or on some other ground where I can go and see it. You can also make a donation to the animal shelter in your cat's name. I bought a brick in mine with the inscription "Sylvester -- My First Cat". Perhaps the donation will help relatives of Sylvester down through the years. ---Jim

My condolences, Friend.
There are pet cemetaries and crematoriums (you could place his little remains in an urn.) But if you're a homeowner, why not bury the little guy in a favorite spot in your yard? Did he have a favorite tree that he liked to climb, for instance?
Or you could select a nice quiet spot and plant flowers over his little grave to always remind you that he's there.
My daughter has a St. Francis statue placed over her kitty's grave, or, there are nice pet memorial stones available too.
Again, I'm sorry for your loss. I've been there too.

I would bury him in your backyard with a little tome stone that you can make yourself.
We have three acres, so it was easy to pick a spot for our cat. I planted her favorite grass shrub over her grave.
If you are in an apartment how about a friend or family member's yard? Also, they have places you can take your animal to bury--called pet cemeteries. Ask your vet.
Sorry for your loss, it's hard.

If you live in a city are it is illegal to buy a pet on your property. Consider cremation... This way you will always be together. Do you really want your poor little friend buried in your back yard? Or would you rather have him safe and close by?

well, where do you live? in an apartment? house? farm?
if you live in a house, did he have a favorite window sill to sleep on? you could bury him outside that window & plant some sort of flowering bush over him
if you live in apartment, i bet you could prolly take him to a park & find a nice spot where he'll get a great view
same thing on a farm.
or if you have the money you could always get him cremated then either keep his ashes or sprinkle his ashes at the park, farm, lake, etc.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had my sweet Gracie buried in my best friends back yard. She even had a tombstone placed there and she planted a small tree in front of her little grave. Do you know someone with a yard who would let you bury him?
