I received an email from a friend who is a native speaker of english. She said "you're going to kill me...." I am wondering that that phrase means ??
the phrase goes like this "You're going to kill me but I have another meeting tomorrow.."

I am sure she did not mean to really "kill" . What is that mean ? is there any more examples when to use "you're going to kill me " ? in what context ?

It's an English idiom that could mean something like:
"You're not going to like what I've just done"
"You're not going to like what I am about to do."
"You're not going to like what I am doing."

Conversely, If you have ever heard someone say "I'm going to kill you." it just means "i don't like what you're doing (or have done, or will do)." or something like "you are annoying me." (unless you're talking to a psycho murderer)

In the context of the phrase ("you're going to kill me but I have another meeting tomorrow") it probably implies "I have to leave right now, I can't talk anymore." or "I can't make plans with you tomorrow because I have another meeting."

The speaker, the one who said "you're going to kill me," is assuming that you will not like what she is about to do and is showing you that she recognizes it by saying that.

She means you're gonna get mad at her. It's common slang here.
