I've discovered I have two NS Certificates one with a purchase price 15/- stamp dated 1945 the other £1.10shillings stamp dated 1946
Are these still redeemable? If so where/ how and what might the redemption value be today.

Unless you have the holders certificate, and it's in your name. Or you have the holders certificate and it's in the name of someone who has died and left them to you.
I'm sorry to say, I doubt you can redeem them. They were issued to registered holders.
I guess you'd be better off at least trying the advice given above. Good Luck

They will be redeemable.
