I just got a dog and on the paper and says he's half husky and half Hound X. What is that?

It means that, as best as anyone can tell, the dog had one parent which was a Husky or Husky mix and one who was some kind of hound or hound x, but they don't know for sure what hound.

X means he's a hound mix. Wow a Husky and a Hound I've never seen those two combined.

Congrats. Mutts really do usually have the best personalities. It seems like with mutts, you tend to get the best qualities of all the breeds without the bad traits.
