Need Help with HYSIS process simulation?

I need help with using a conversion reactor. The main issue is that the compounds I am using are hypothetical. I need help determing the relevant information for starch, glucose and fructose. If anyone has any experience with this, please contact me [e-mail]

One major problem is the carbohydrates you have listed are solids with very little vapor pressure. If you model them as a solid it could answer your question. HYSYS is great with liquids and vapors, but solids just sit there. In many cases, this is true even when they are in solution.
