Neither Harry and Lord Voldemort can survie together at the same time.
please note harry has thus far survived only because Lord Voldemort is living of other people.

That neither Harry nor Lord Voldemort can live and do what they would normally do until the other person is dead. That they can't rest until the other is defeated.

The living is not literal. Obviously, they are both alive at the moment. It's like why Harry has to break up with Ginny. He can't "live" while Voldemort is still alive.

Neither will be free to truly just live their life. Each one's life will be occupied with killing the other one while the other one still lives. Only when one dies can the remaining one get on with a normal unfettered life.

It means that one way or another one of them has to die. Because it's obvious that they both can't live in the world peacefully while the other is there. (not that Voldemort would want to live 'peacefully' but you get the general idea)
