IS it true if you do the same exercise and routine everyday 6 times a week your body will stop burning fat????????

Put it another way, if you stop doing that exercise the same everyday you will start to gain the fat back. To loose more you need to increase your level of exercise or the amount of it. If your happy with the level of achievement you've got stick at it. Don't change it. Good luck.

yes your body adapts to an exercise after doing it for only 3 weeks you have to change every three weeks if you are an intermeidiate exerciser if you are advanced i would recommend changing things up every week or 2

You need to step up how much you work out and do different excercises to keep burning fat and calories, otherwise your body gets use to it and is not as challenged as much

Well no but you should try to change ur work out slightly each week so your body can develop in other places not just where the work out is targeting

No. You would be bored out of your skull, but you would continue to burn fat.
