Go to http://docs.google.com/

There you can create online documents and spreadsheets that can be shared between computers.

For excel, you can allow sharing file in the network by clicking Service->Manage access and then select checkbox "Allow sharing".
In general, best way of sharing files is to put them on the web, for example to FTP-server. Both in Word and Excel you can work with files that are stored on the remote FTP. Consider you have some file on your computer. You want o save it to FTP. Click "Save as", then from the drop-down box in the top of the appeared dialog select "FTP server". Application will propose to add some FTP-account. To do it you should know:
- server address
- user login (put email there if you use anonymous FTP)
- password
- directory on the server. You can leave it empty and then select appropriate folder.
When account is created, application will connect to the server using your login and password and then you will browse server as if it is your computer (but speed will be slower, depending on your internet access). Then you select the folder and store you file there. This will be longer than storing file on the computer because you have to upload it all to the server. After that you can tell anyone that FTP-address, you folder and filename and that person will be able either download the file or open it using Excel/Word and setting up FTP-account in the way I described above.

it depends i guess on how you mean share. if you mean like a friend wants it who you talk to on messenger.. then on yahoo messenger. just select the program and drag it to your messenger IM box and send like you would a document of any type.
