what is model no of my remington .22cal?

I have an old octogen bbl. pump .22 cal rifle. Serial number is 363151. no mod.no. on rifle. I need to buy a part for it.

It should be either a model 12A or 12C, both were available with octagon barrels. The 12A had a 22" barrel while the 12C had a 24" barrel. There were close to 840,000 made from 1909 - 1936.
