Several astute, albeit rude, respondents pointed out that most of the criticisms outlined are not impeachable offenses.

I agree, failure to act responsibly and be accountable for your statements in and of itself is not impeachable.

However, violation of the FISA Act (Domestic wiretapping) & leading the country to war in Iraq on known false intelligence (Downing St. Memo) do rise to the standard of high crime & misdmeanors, which is impeachable.

Hey, no way! He should be worshiped as a political icon and god, we should get on our knees and kiss his butt! We should do like Fox and friends does when they show some footage of the President in the morning, and jump for glee and clap their hands, and jump up and down. Yes, we need to also make sure that we continue to hear more about George Bush than we do Jesus Christ in fundamentalist Christian church services.

1. WMD's were found in early and late 2006, and have been used recently.

2. There is a plan for Iraq, however it is dynamic and ever changing, also OPSEC confidentiality rules do not allow everyone to know what the plan is because that information could be of aid to the terrorist.

3. Yes, not catching Osama has been a great failure.

4. Doenst matter, its just another grain of sand in the beach that is the big picture.

5. Walter Reed was a disgrace, the VA healthcare system is functional but not perfect. Could be better, but not reason for impeachment, and is not in ANY way Bush or the republicans fault.

He should not be impeached because impeaching the commander in chief in a time of War is strategicly a bad move. Also, he has not done anything that makes him impeachable, a bunch of liberals disliking the president does not constitute throwing out the executive branch of government. Liberals are always mad and always feel the need to change something and make a difference, which normally ends up with bad results.

i'd? What has he finished to need to be impeached. Article II, section 4 states "The President, vice president and all civil officials of united states, will be removed from workplace on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or different severe Crimes and Misdemeanors." Please, what are the expenditures? basically because you don't like a range he made isn't a criminal offense.

1 Saddam had tons of poison gas and every weapon he could get his hands on. Much was hidden or shipped out of the country. The only lies are by guys like you.
2 No plan is needed. We never intended to occupy Iraq.
3 Many criminals, in all countries are never caught. It's not the fault of the president of any of those countries. What do you use for brains ?
4 How do you know, it's now over yet.
5 Would you have the president spend his time inspecting government buildings? There are many thousands. He would have to have fifty years in office just to get around once.

Why do you people keep asking questions without knowing even the rudiments? A president or vice president can ONLY be impeached for treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors. Tell me how any of the five "reasons" you list meet those criteria. This is not a Parliamentary form of government. There is no such thing as a "no confidence" vote to remove the President or VP. Please take the time to read the US Constitution before you spout forth this tripe.

Just accept the fact that , "THERE ARE NONE SO BLIND AS THOSE WHO WILL NOT SEE." The whole truth will come out eventually.

Interesting none of these great Bush supporters have commented on Haliburton (Bush's Buddies) moving their operation to Dubai ,UAE. You people must really enjoy seeing your tax dollars going to support Georgie's friend while so many of your young people are being slaughtered and maimed , just so the rich can get richer.

Absolutely. He's violated almost every internationally accepted doctrine on the use of military force in the world.
He even violated our own War Crimes Act ... that was, until Congress repealed it.

He should be imprisoned and impeached.
But he won't.

You haven't quoted a single criminal act and that is what is needed for impeachment. I think you need a few lessons in constitutional law. I do not like President Bush but it is completely ridiculous to give way to a hate that blinds you to reality. He has done nothing impeachable. So, however much you hate it won't happen.

And, I need to add, attacking him does nothing to help those in Iraq. It is just aiding those who hate you as much as they do President Bush. Think about that. They will kill you as quickly as they would kill him.
