yes you can freeze any chocolate, white, milk or dark. You will see "bloom" on the milk and dark chocolate caused by the separation of the cocoa butter and having it migrate to the top where it forms a whitish film.White chocolate won't "bloom" quite the same was as Milk or Dark, since white chocolate is cocoa butter without the chocolate liqueur, it's kind of see a whitish film on something that's already white.
If the chocolate is still in the package, its lightly sealed but not water proof. To protect the chocolate from moisture, wrap the whole package tightly with saran wrap,(several layers) to keep moisture out.

When defrosting, take the chocolate out a day before you need it and temper it (bring up to temperature slowly) in the refrigerator, still wrapped. If you see any signs of moisture under the wrap -- though unwrap it. The next day you can unwrap it and bring it to room temperature.

Yes, you can freeze chocolate. It will get hard and stay fresh. I would suggest to freeze dark chocolate. I love frozen dark chocolate! Its the best! Yummy! Its good for you 2...well in small amts.

Yes you can freeze chocolate but I don't know how long it keeps once frozen.

Sure you can. It is best to seal it in seal a meal bags though. Freezer bags are okay, but there is still air in the bag.

Sure, you can freeze almost anything (water, pizza, moisturizer, Play-Doh, small furry animals, etc.), but that doesn't mean you should.
