The trick is to buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts and make the breading yourself.

"Nuggets" are a mash of leftover pieces (you really don't want to know) that are pressed and breaded and sold in freezers.

Here's a recipe for homemade chicken nuggets. These are really crispy and take about 15 minutes to prepare, although you'll get faster and cut down the prep time after making this a couple times.

Healthy chicken nuggets I dont' think there's really such a thing. You can try those tofu nuggets but I have no idea how they taste.
Try your local health food store and see what kinda nuggets they carry.
