There aren't any. There is no fast!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No quick fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

Losing weight fast isn't usually recommended. You don't want to crash diet and really mess up your metabolism. The safest total weight loss per week should be 1 pound.
Try eating at least 1,500 calories per day and make sure you're eating nutritious food, eat small amounts of nutritious food every 3-4 hours and make sure you include lean proteine to every meal.
Let's not forget that cardio plays a huge role when it comes to losing body fat. Cardio should be performed a minimum of three days per week with the normal range being 30 to 40 minutes per session. Add strengh training to your work out!

Cardio! and weight training. Cardio is great for losing weight but building muscle helps boost your metabolism, burn more fat, and makes you look and feel great! A combination of both will help you begin to lose weight. Try 40-60 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week, as well as weight training different parts of the body 3-5 times a week.

There is nothing "fast" about losing weight in a healthy manner. Any exercise is good. Just do it consistently and don't hurt yourself. Walking is great. So is swimming and it's not hard on the joints.

losing weight at a rate of 2lbs per week is the best way to go that way your weight loss stays with you instead of crash dieting and the weight coming back 3 fold. the best exercises for weight loss though are total body workouts and 30 mins of cardio everyday

No safe way to loose weight fast, after all you didn't gain it fast.
Exercise sensibly and cut back on your calories. If you haven't been active in a while, start by walking. At least that's free.

i heard its good to jog on the spot really fast for 30, then stop for 1 mins, then run for 1 min and stop for 1 then run for 3 and stop etc. this should be done half hour everyday. Might be a load of rubbish if it works let me no!
