im 21 and im really attracted to older women 30s-early40s
is that normal?

One of my good friends is like that. He's in his 20's, but loves
older women. He says they are more established and mature. I don't see anything wrong with it. As for me, I tend to go for women around my age. If they happen to be older that won't stop me. Anyway, normal or not, there is nothing wrong with dating older women.

Hey do what ever you want. It is not a question of what is normal, it is a question of what will make you happy. Normal is just a standard that everyone tells you to live by. If you want older women, then you should date older women.

lemme put it to you like this. since graduating from high school, i have ALWAYS dated women much older than myself. i don't date women my age, and i'll tell you why. it's because i have two sisters that is one year younger and one year older than myself. when i look at women my age, i think of them....don't ask.
while i have no major complaints, older women can drain you and i'll leave that to your interpretation compadre ;-)
