Indeed there is.
I have many years experience with excel.

All you need to make is:

One Button
One Macro

Here is what you do;

Open your Spreadsheet
View
Tools bars
Click the "Forms" tool bar

On the Form menu pop-up, toward the right hand side there should be a small button, saying make a button. Click it.
You no have to click and drag out a button.

One done give the button a name.

Now go to sheet one.
Now go to:

Tools
Macro
Record New Macro
Give the Macro a name
Click ok

Ignore the small pop up that appears.
Your system is recording every step you make. Simply from sheet one, click the tab to go to sheet two.

Now on the small macro pop up click the stop button.

Now return to sheet one.
Right hand click your button.
Select assign macro, choice the macro you created (based on it's name)

Now when you click the button you will be moved to sheet two.

Very simple yet effective.

Fiddle around and make as many macro as you want, but remember to save your work often.

I hope this helps - if you need help email me via my account in the next 5 hours.

Yes, you can do a lookup.

Click the cell that contains the data you want to link to, and then click Copy on the Standard toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.).
Click the cell you want to link from, and then click Paste .
Click Paste Options and then click Link Cells.
Create a link between cells in different workbooks

Open both the workbook that will contain the link (called the destination (destination file: The file that a linked or embedded object is inserted into. The source file contains the information that is used to create the object. When you change information in a destination file, the information is not updated in the source file.) workbook), and the workbook that contains the data you want to link to (called the source (source file: The file that contains information that was used to create a linked or embedded object. When you update the information in the source file, you can also update the linked object in the destination file.) workbook).
In the destination workbook, click Save .
Select a cell or cells you want to link from.
If you are creating a new formula, type = (an equal sign).
If you are entering the link elsewhere in the formula, type the operator (operator: A sign or symbol that specifies the type of calculation to perform within an expression. There are mathematical, comparison, logical, and reference operators.) or function that you want to precede the link.

On the Window menu, click the name of the source workbook, and then click the worksheet that contains the cells you want to link to.

Select the cells you want to link to.
Complete the formula. When you finish entering the formula, press ENTER.
