Well, I'm not sure about the ones you should stay away from...but I know from experience that eating more fruit can really have a positive affect on your day. Not to mention it's sweet, full of natural sugar, and healthy for you..i just find that after eating a nice kiwi or piece of watermelon i feel so much better! I know, eating a chocolate bar can have that same effect...but chocolate only makes you happy for a few minutes..after that, if you're anything like me, you feel bad because a) you don't have anymore chocolate, and b) you feel like you're gonna gain 5 lbs..lol, just my opinion!

I hope that you are being treated by a Dr. for your depression. One can eat anything. The medication you should be on will do the work. Food intake should not be a concern.

Don't know what to stay away from, but you should make sure you are eating plenty of carbs. Seratonin synthesis needs carbohydrates.

Not sure, but I have heard from a Pharm Major that you should eat plenty of protein and take B complex vitamins.
