This is the same advice for a psycho guy too. Don't answer her calls or emails. Don't encourage her by feeding into her frenzy. Don't talk to her at all even to tell her not to call anymore. Total ignoring here! If that doesn't work, get a restraining order. Some states even have electronic restraining orders because of the Internet.

Once she stops getting any type of positive reinforcement from you, she'll probably go away. Just ignore her completely and eventually she will find someone else. If that doesn't work, get the restraining order.
