Do you think this is true?? How do you start to love and figure yourself out?? I'm frustrated because I'm having a hard time finding myself.

Is so true is actually scary...first of all you have to figure out why don't you love yourself? what don't you like about yourself and how u can resolve that?...do you really have reasons not to love yourself or is it just in your mind? try to find out why peolple that matter to you love you, and start to see yourself through their eyes....it's a long process, and i think everyday you will find yourself more...in everything you do, think, feel...

You dont have to know who you are (figure yourself out) to love yourself. Even if you do "figure yourself out" it wont make any diffrence b/c your love one will make you grow and change in ways you never thought possible. love can do amazing things.
but yes it is ture that you must love yourself before you love someone else. if you dont you will be more likely to let him hurt you and think that you deserve it

well, this might sound weird..but it's not. I always ask myself questions and I answer them. I ask myself questions about how I feel about something or someone. It helps me figure out who I really am especially when I see a pattern in my answers.
