Saudi Arabia has at least 8 satellites, from what I've been able to gather from the internet, and at least 2 of them are affiliated to the Saudi Institute for space studies.

The King Fahad city of Satellite Communication on the Mecca-Jeddah Road consists of four ground stations to work with the Satellites Arabsat, Intelsat (Atlantic ocean), Intelsat (Indian ocean) and I Anmersat for naval communication, so the Kingdom is connected with all services worldwide.

I'll update the answer if I find anything more.
