Yes I know he's real. I won't go into long storytelling and details:
A few years ago when I was in trouble and there was no one around I called Him for help. I prayed to him. And he helped me. I asked him to help me with something. And he did. He answered my prayer!!! I know alot of people will think The Lord has nothing to do with it. But if he didn't help me out I would be dead by now or wandering on the streets begging for food.
If he doesn't exist than who created the earth, Moon, Pluto and all other forms of life? Don't tell me they magically appeared just for the heck of it. At night look above at the moon and stars and think to yourself. There must be a reason/meaning for all of this. There are so many things up there that haven't even been discovered. If people say there's no proof that God is real than proof the believers wrong. Let's see the evidence that He isn't real...

If you want to know for sure, you're not going to find the answer on the internet.
Well, just look into the world. With all the happenings around you, and in the world as a whole, can it all be explained by a 5000 year old superstition, or do you think maybe the nomadic tribesmen of the Bronze Age didn't understand a few things?

to get your real question across sometimes you have to disguise it. like add it to additional details.
to answer your stupid question though ,yes to me God is real.I met him about 26 years ago and have been building my relationship with him every since then. I know i can,t make anyone understand or believe ,and that frustrates me sometimes.because it is so evident to me .anti-thesists say i can not prove his existence to them and i can,t. there is the evidence of my life of course .of how He rescued me from the insanity of drug addiction and the self destruction of suicidal depression.healing the hurts of the past .strengthening me daily to become a worthwhile human being, mother ,and positive contributor to society.all these thing were beyond my own capabilities.Because of his power full intervention every day of the last 26 or so years has been a gift (borrowed time if you will).I have all the proof i need!
First thing I had to do was separate religion from relationship. I,d been raised in a religion that had left me wounded so i was totally unable to go back to that.I turned my life over to God as i understood him ,(12 step program) and kept doing it until He taught me how he wanted to be understood in my life. I do attend a church now.but it is not the whole of my relationship with him, just an expression of it.
I,m rambling now.so ill go.
looking forward to seeing your real questions!peace><>

I love this subject because no one really knows except those who are departed and they don't exactly hurry back to tell us.
I would have to say 'no' there is no God.
I do not believe in the Bible viewing it as little more than a reference book for GOOD BEHAVIOUR 'BC'. The old testament was written by a power authority like the one that still controls the Catholic church today. The church needed people to believe in the Bible as a powerful tool and a means to control behaviour and ultimately become a ruling power. I do not like absolutes of power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely remember!
The Bible to me is a symbol of power. Since it is old it holds a magical- mystical aura about its very beginnings and the people who wrote it. There were so many subscribers but only one person claimed to have spoken with God and that was Jesus of Nazareth. I like to think of Jesus as a healer and spiritualist. He believed in an after life, as i do and maybe God meant 'Giver Of Death'.
God as an entity or human form just doesn't do it for me. It is very difficult to assume excactly what God means.
I believe in plateaus of life, birth and rebirth, reincarnation perhaps but no one authority figure such as the 'almighty' to take credit for such diversity as is life. God can be whatever your imagination wants it to be but as a higher authority i cannot accept his application.
Religion has, as history will testify, done nothing but bring misery and hate towards diversifying peoples and has been used repeatedly to abuse and control nations in the name of God. The Bible was perhaps no more than an almanac to live by in the time it was written. An idiots guide to life perhaps. I don't believe man/woman needs to be told how to live..we all have an inbuilt instinct of good or bad and whether we choose to ignore/accept it. We do need laws though because of the bad that exists and that's what i believe the Bible was written for. If God were real i'm sure he would have made us extinct by now!
Great question ..my best regards,
Heidi

are you asking me because maybe i never met him,
and all the rest of these ar opionions,
but why wouldnt you belive that somewhere out ther , that group, of people who can make sence out of everything that is always happening, and whatch any one the want to at any time,
and know how to look at everything there is, and ever willbe,
why dont you think that is who god is,, the first person you =will meet from there,
dont you think when every person goes to meet everyother person,, that there will already be a group of people there, even if they are not real, they are still, that idea, that is what god is,,
what elese could you know any one you meet, can think of that you can think of

not real in the sense of more than just material
btw dreams and imagination are real too
you wont find god asking questions on here tho
youll just get a bunch of people arguing
"im right" "no, i am"
polarization
god is the i am that i am
not the silly i think therefore i am
you have to look with your heart
not just your senses

Yes He is really real. If you are asking this question truly then you might be feeling God. But if youre asking this just to make fun, you will answer before God. Anywasy if youre looking for God, pray to Him, look for Him and He will come to you.

Matter cannot animate or create life.
Life can animate, think and create.
Therefore, life had to exist to create the physical universe.
I guess it is fair to call the original source of creation God.
Who or what God IS must be another matter for discussion.
