You can take the bus, train, or plane. Then once your there get a cab and tell them you want to go to Queens.

The quickest way is to fly there. Air Canada has several daily flights from Toronto to Kingston. So you can take a flight from Edmonton to Toronto and connect there for a flight to Kingston.

Flying will be the fastest as driving will take about 4 days and the train will be only marginally faster. Go on line to find a hotel near the university. Try http://www.hotels.ca

driving, train, and bus are all silly options. Flying is only slightly more expensive and saves you a TON of time.
