Nope - but you can't change someone either. I get my nails, hair done - but I have friends that don't. It is not their style, they are not the stereotypical "girly girl".

Hygiene is never to much to ask for - but the little extras that you like, just might not be something that your girl is into.

My boyfriend is the opposite, he always asked "Can't you just wear tennis shoes?" - cause I always wear heels....it's a double edged sword.

It's not too much to ask but you don't seem to realize that it's just not possible to maintain an appearance all the time and it sounds to me like you are more worried about what the cover of the book looks like ,,,, So so speak ,,,, than you are with what's inside it ,,,, If I were the girl in your life I think I'd take time to rethink my relationship with you ,,,, No one is perfect and believe me it's very hard to live with a perfectionist ,,,, You take a person for who and what they are ,,,, not just what they look like all the time ,,,, No one can be a bathing beauty every minute of the day you know ,,,, Take what I've told you for what it's worth ,,,, You asked the question ,,,, This is my answer whether you like it or not ,,,,

You never ask a girl to take care of herself, you find a girl who does. If you like a girl, but, let's say she doesn't get her nails done, she might think that you are a bit abrasive and not worth the effort. Find somebody who doesn't need a man to tell her to look nice. Or, find a girl who is looking for some direction. Just make sure that you are not forceful in your decisions.

that's extra handy whilst the female is your pal or somebody you know nicely, so if the female isn't on the edge of you already, I recommend doing that first. Then, you may say some thing like, "hi are you loose this weekend? shall we pass see the recent Iron guy action picture then eat some fro yo afterwards!" It;s substantial to offer a date and what you would be doing. do no longer say "Wanna pass out with me?" using fact then neither you or her is familiar with once you're going out... and it;s variety of lame. stable luck!

Not at all. You just like your ladies to look nice, and feminine. What is wrong with that? I would definitely take you up on any of those things, anytime. But are you paying for it? Or are you asking her to pay for it? Maybe she doesn't have the money, trust me honey, maintenance is not cheap. Haha.

You shouldn't have to ask girls that they should do that on their own..and it has nothing to do with only caring about whats in the outside..but you just like it when your partner looks good and takes care of themselves..So no there is nothing wrong especially if you pay!!..

If you are dating a farmer's daughter then that's probably not going to happen. But no, it's not too much to ask. It's addictive too! Give her a gift certificate to get one done, and she'll never not do it again! So you like high maintenance girls, I see??? hee hee

I don't think it is too much to ask. I like doing those things. Everyone is different though so maybe she thinks you are trying to be controlling when you ask her to do these things. Try a different approach.

Well it depends. If when you meet her she was always maintaining herself then no. But if she was a plain jane then yes. You cant make people change
