Being a "good" or "bad" person doesn't determine where people go when they die. You go to Heaven if you are saved, and to Hell if you aren't. It's that simple. People misinterpret this, though. You can't do whatever you want, then ask for forgiveness, then go do it again and think it's okay. Once you have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, you must obey his commandments, and the laws that he sets down in the Bible.
