The most well known cerophagous (eats wax) birds would be the honeyguides. There are 17 species of honeyguides and wax/honeycombs represents a good portion of their diet. Found in Africa and parts of Asia. They get their name because some species "guide" other animals / people to bee hives bird waits a bit then gets his reward of whatever is left.
