I make a great first impression.
It only goes downhill from there, unfortunately.

Well, that depends.
In a cynical world, I still give everyone the benefit of the doubt. And I'll smile at a stranger, too. A smile can mean a lot to someone in the dumps. I can't save the world, but I can brighten the corner I'm in.
So, you'd either think I was a kook or a really nice person.

On meeting, you'd see a bald, aging slight tummy bulged, smiling
guy that would probably be wearing levis and a t-shirt or
flannel if chilly. The conversation would be easy going without
many negative inputs from this side and honest interest
in what you have to say -- I am a Christian but not Evangelistic

i would have to ask you a few questions, to know the answer.
where did we meet? ( you see, i talk to people at pizza hut about different things then the people i run in to at wal*mart)
what are we talking about? (is it how my favorite pizza is mushroom and cheese, or that i have that same shirt at home, and i love it.)
you see, i would say, at a glance, if you saw me today, you would say, she is laid back, and obviosly doesnt mind getting dirty.
i have brown cords on (the bottoms are muddy from running in the pasture) my tennis shoes are bright white, i have a clean pair and a dirty pair. i paired an orange creme low cut tee with a baby blue tank today. my hair is up in a pony tail.
but if we actually got to talking, then i dont know. you minght think that i am a shy christian geek. and maybe that is right. or you might think that i am a punk teenager, with no right to be the way i am.......... i dont know.
so where are we meeting, and what are we talking about?

Aside from my strikingly bald head, how much of a 'geezer' I am.
The impression I may give is that i am shy and whimsical.
Actually, I am quite empathic when dealing with people. I don't judge people and they have my complete respect until prov-en otherwise.

That I look and act like most other people. I'm rather quiet but once into the conversation I can be rather dominating and I have strong opinions.

Articulate and witty... Yes, I am. By the way, I'm a Muslim, and you'd never know because I don't fit that disguisting media-based stereotype.

Likely my hair... then my clothes and whatever generalities you'd like to form at that point may or may not be correct. I challenge EVERYBODY's sense of perceptions.
What people look like isn't where it's at...

I don't look like your "stereotypical" Muslim.
I am Irish/Italian, with very pale skin.
Although I've been told I have an "Asian" appearance.
