Ok, I was going out with this guy named Rick for 2 months and I broke up with him because I started likeing someone else. When I told this other person that I was gonna brake up with Rick (he knows him) he was all happy and he was like Ok let me know so I don't miss my chance and stuff but then when I told him I broke up with Rick, he goes like oh well that's good honey, too bad I'm too old for you. Now, he is kinda old for me but I still like him and I still wanna be with him, does that make me sick? I know I'm not crazy but I need help, what should I do?

First, I think the guy was flirting with you because he never thought you would actually leave your ex for him since he's old like your saying. He probably thought you wouldn't take him seriously and when you did he got scared and thought "wow she actually likes me but I'm too old for her so I'll just turn her down." Trust me, something almost the same happened to my friend and that was the reason. You should move on though, before you get into it too deep and when you get a new man rub it in his face and he'll see what he missed out on.

its really too bad. Hes a jerk for making you think if you broke up with the other hed go out with you and then does that. You def cant ask the other guy back out cuz youll just look stupid. Move on and find another guy but before you do think about what your looking for in a guy and make sure hes not too old for you,.

hey girl age never should matter, why be in a relationship with someone you don't care about. you did the right by you. as for the older guy give him some time he'll come around, but until he dose have fun and go out that will make him see what he's missing.

Maybe the other guy decided you were likely to do the same thing to him that you did to Rick.

I think this other guy was playing with your emotions and flirting with you but ALL ALONG he knew he was never gonna take the chance to be with you. But regaurdless I think that you should find a new man fresh from the patch.
