so i've been broken up from a crazy (maybe just bad even) relationship for over three months now and am just about past it. their is a girl at work i like that i'm pretty certain will go out with me if i ask. i want to ask, but then i don't, or at least i don't know if i do. i'm 21 and she's 18. no harm there. however she still is in highschool. she's a senior with no b/f, still a virgin (not really a big thing, just she's clean), but i do like her. she can be a bit weird, but that's what dating is for anyway. to find out if you like them or not. but i'm worried she'll get really attached. specially at her age. and the chance she give "it"up to me will only increase the chances of her potentially getting attached.
I don't fear commitment, but i gave a lot of commitment into my last relationship just to have it slapped in my face. so i want a slower relationship, but i'm afraid.
and please, no, don't date co-workers thing. its not a serious job we work for.

Go for it. Ask her out, You might find that it's you that gets attached and not her. You can't stop someone from loving you and vice versa, don't worry about the things you cannot change/stop. Ask her out if you like her alot, and tell her that you want to take it slow. Being that she's a virgin, she will probably like you alot for that. At her age, she's afraid of all guys wanting what she hasn't given yet. Telling her your taking it slow will let her know that your not only going for one thing. And if one day you wake up and find out your really in love with her, then you need not to worry anymore.

ask her on a date and see what happens. a date is the find out and get to know the person. you are going to want to make sure she is mature, she is still in high school. youre looking for a mature woman, have fun, go on a date and maybe she will impress you. i say go for it.

i would ask her on a date (nto as a couple) and get to know each other better. when you are sure that she won't hurt you, ask her out.
