You can get yahoo food to send you a new recipe in your email every day.
iVillage also has a bunch of very active recipe boards.
Any woman's magazine website is gonna have a lot of food ideas.
Ingredient websites from big food companies will have a lot of continuously changing recipes: These tend to be family style, quick and easy...and horrible for you with all that processed food! (sorry, editorializing)
campbells soup
kraft
nabisco
general foods
betty crocker
jenny-o
tyson
oscar mayer
mccormick and other spice companies
As well as agricultural councils that promote a certain thing.
These are huge commodities and there are more.
Milk
Cheese
Chicken
Beef
Pork
Olives
Raisins
And then there are websites for classic appliances. Crockpot recipes, george foreman grilling recipes, probably cuisinart (food processor) and kitchenaid (stand mixer)...and that magic bullet thing. Of course these claim that you need their gizmo.
American Heart Assoc, Am Cancer Society, and American Diabetes Association will have healthy choice recipes.
Allllll of these will be piled high with recipes on searchable, growing databases.

Sign up at the Better Homes and Gardens site for their daily recipe newsletter, they will send you a daily recipe. What I like about them is that the recipes are tried and tested in their own kitchens, not like the Martha Stewart ones which frequently seem to have left out a step or an ingredient.
