Nooooooooo!!!!! Not alfredo sauce!!!!!
To make scalloped potatoes from scratch requires milk or half and half, cheese grated into your milk, flour and sauteed onions.
Check www.foodtv.com and put scalloped potatos in the search egine. With luck you'll find a simple way to make'em.
Jesus...not Alfredo....please!

well that is an interesting thought. I will have to try this for I do not see why not. add your cheese to it and then you should be fine. It is the cheese that makes it scalloped.
what an idea thanks mm
also add your ham base for flavoring in the cooking the potatoes if you do not want to add your meat

Sure you can. It's always fun to try something new out and that sounds yummy. I add cream of mushroom soap with a little milk over mine, grate cheese for topping after it's cooked(cheese melts) Delicious. Hope you give your idea a try, I'm going to. Thanks for the idea.
