I had a friend who did the exact same thing. It took three years before his anxiety went away.

Don't listen to these other tards. You will get better.

Just stay away from psychiatrists. They will tell you that you have all kinds of disorders.

after trying meth once? no previous anxiety problems? I'm not sure what the other substance was you snorted but I have had my experience with meth and it doesn't make sense that you would be having this intense of anxiety still from one night. You didn't just sleep it off? It might be a guilty little voice in your head making it seem your "anxiety" is worse than it is.

i would say so , that by doing these drugs it has caused you to have an anxiety problem. the bright side would be that becasue of it you have learned to not do drugs again-becasue believe it or not something worse than anxiety could have happen-they do have drugs to treat anxiety that mat help you but there are also ways that you can control it naturally by mind over matter, it takes awhile to master but it will work once you learn how to control your mind, it also involves breathing techniques that help for the anxiety too.
At first you may want to usse the meds and then practice getting down the natural way to control the anxiety-good luck to you

those drugs will toatally mess you up... i knew of a guy who litteraly went crazy w/ anxiety and it got worse and worse. Now your on the prescription.. in some ways, that isnt any beter. I would try to ween yourself off, and keep everything natural, your body isnt suposed to have all those chemicals in them. Do you smoke weed??? That, i think, would be the perfect way to self medicate in your condition. Seriosly. Its relaxing and it is allll natural. Good Luck. A positive aditude will also help LOTS... read the book "the secret".

It might be! There is no way of knowing what you did to your brain by using drugs "recreationally." However, instead of thinking about the past, try to get on with your future.
Perhaps you might want to volunteer your time to help others avoid making the same mistakes you have.
Good luck!

the drugs altered your brain chemistry. you need to see a shrink to get medication to get it balanced. its done all the time your lucky you did not have a total nervous breakdown. you still could you will probally get worse if untreated and maybe become totally insane. there are over 50 thousand people like you who tried drugs and it screwed them up these are the number in mental hospitals
