I believe it's real or at least the concept of it...what you put out into the word (positive or negative) will come back to you eventually, perhaps not in the same way though, so we don't always realize that something that occurs to us is the result of or repercussion of what we did at some point in the past...
Cause and effect...for every cause, there is an effect...

It is real, but it is not so much what comes around goes around. It is more about energy in motion. Your thoughts and feelings produce energy and this energy continues. It you have negative thoughts, actions, and feelings these will continue on. It is similar to the idea that energy cannot be destroyed. Or cause and effect on a grand scale.

I've seen plenty of evidence that it's real. And if karma fails someone I enforce a bit o' my own special brew of karma.

Karma is real.
I have experienced it, and watched others experience it. Some was good and some was not so pretty.
If you want to tempt fate and karma.... be ready to pay the piper.

As in something that goes around comes around, I don't think so.
As something that affects your behavior when you do something you believe is wrong, and that has a negative effect on you, yes.
I'm a Buddhist, btw.
