I urge you to learn the rules. But here it is:
nine thousand eight hundred twenty-nine
fourteen thousand three hundred eleven
Note: no commas, no "and's," and hyphens between compound numbers only ("twenty-nine").
The closest one above is Sarah's. I would lose the capital "T" in "Thousand," though. The rest are all incorrect.

You might need to stop relying on us for help — you can't depend on native English speakers forever. But anyway:
Nine thousand eight hundred and twenty-nine.
Fourteen thousand three hundred and eleven.

Nine thousand eight hundred and twenty nine, and fourteen thousand three hundred and eleven. I take it English is not your first language, ask if you have more questions.

This should've been posted in Language or Homework, not Singles & Dating.
Break it down...the posters above are correct...you won't learn anything if you are spoon fed the answers.
Good luck!

Nine thousand, eight hundred and twenty nine. Fourteen thousand, three hundred and eleven. Just like you would write it out on a check.
