I put chicken breast (frozen at the time) in the fridge late Monday night. I planned on making it, but tonight (Thursday night) is the first chance I'll have to make it. Is it still good to use??

I USUALLY GO BY THE THREE DAY RULE. SINCE YOU DEFROSTED IT THE FRIDGE JUST SMELL IT IF IT SMELLS OK I WOULD GO AHEAD AND USE IT. I THINK IT WILL BE FINE

if it doesn't smell bad--and has only been defrosted for a couple days-it should be fine! if it smells bad--pitch it! it really should be fine tho!
