Yes, even if you are not eating healthy. I lost weight eating cooked frozen pizzas based on the concept of calories in/calories out. I admit it was not the smartest or most effective way to go, but it was what I needed to be able to do at that time in my life. Good luck : ) and keep it up!!

If you consume the same amount of calories you usually do (not more), yes, because you will be burning more than usual.
